These terms
These terms govern your use of the Ridgeport website and any purchase you make from Ridgeport. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.
Delivery of your files
Your download is available immediately after payment, and the link is repeated in your confirmation email. If it does not arrive or does not open, contact [email protected] and we will get it to you.
Refunds
Because the files are delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a download has begun. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the page described, we will fix it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the state in which we are established, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts. Questions? Contact [email protected].
What you are buying
You are buying digital files delivered by download or by email. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying work, and the files may not be resold or redistributed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
